What you’ll need:
2 ½ cups fresh blueberries
1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp fresh lemon zest
Instructions:
Add lemon zest, lemon juice, sugar, and blueberries to the saucepan and boil it. Press the blueberries with a potato masher. Boil for 15 to 20 minutes.
Pour the preserved into the sterilized jar.
Place mixture into the sterilized jars and process it into the boiling water bath canner for 15 minutes.
Let cool it and store it in a dark and cool place.
