Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

2 pounds red or Yukon Gold potatoes, washed and cut into cubes
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Add potato cubes with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper into the bowl and mix well.
